一、开通后不支持退款
ABS 提供的是在线即时交付的数字内容与服务：付款成功后，会员权益与积分立即到账，课程、工具卡、导览、表格、 规则库等内容当即可以查看，AI 问答、规划与诊断也立即可用。按《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十五条， 在线下载或者消费者拆封的音像制品、计算机软件等数字化商品不适用七日无理由退货，因此会员开通费与积分包费用一经支付，不支持退款，也不支持转让。
未使用完的积分不折现、不退款；会员到期后当期积分按档位规则清零或结转，详见服务说明与价目。
二、以下情况我们会退
- 重复扣款：同一笔订单被重复支付，多付的部分原路退回；
- 支付成功但未开通：款项已扣、系统未开通会员或未发放积分，且无法补开通的，全额原路退回；
- 我方原因导致服务无法提供：因我方原因长时间无法提供服务且无法修复的，按未使用的期限或未消费的积分折算退回；
- 法律法规规定应当退款的其他情形。
上述情形请在发现之日起 30 日内联系我们并提供订单号，我们核实后 7 个工作日内按原支付渠道退回，到账时间以支付机构为准。
三、系统内已有的自动退回
与退款不同，以下情况系统会自动把积分退回账户，无需申请：AI 模型不可用或降级导致问答、规划、 工作诊断没有产出时，这一次扣的积分当场退回，并记在积分流水里。

Refund Policy
Please read this policy before paying. Payment means you have read and accepted it.
1. Activations are not refundable
ABS is digital content and services delivered online and immediately: once payment succeeds, the membership and its credits are available at once, and courses, tool cards, guides, forms and the rule library can be opened right away. Under Article 25 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, digital goods such as software downloaded online are excluded from the seven-day no-reason return. Membership fees and credit packs are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
Unused credits are not exchangeable for cash. When a membership period ends, period credits expire or roll over according to the plan; see Service and Pricing.
2. When we do refund
- Duplicate charge: the same order paid twice — the extra payment is returned by the original channel;
- Paid but not activated: payment taken while the membership or credits were not granted and cannot be granted — refunded in full;
- Failure on our side: if we cannot provide the service for a prolonged period and cannot fix it, we refund the unused period or unspent credits;
- Any other case required by law.
Contact us within 30 days of noticing the problem, with the order number. After verification we return the money through the original payment channel within seven working days; the time it takes to arrive depends on the payment provider.
3. Credits the system returns automatically
Separately from refunds, the system returns credits automatically when the AI model is unavailable or degraded and an answer, plan or diagnosis is not produced. The credits are returned immediately and recorded in the credit ledger.
