一、我们提供什么
ABS 是一套在线使用的企业精益经营学习与工作系统，按账号开通、即时交付，不寄送任何实物。开通后你可以：
- 学：动画短课、工具卡与逐幕导览、中英文术语、课件原页；
- 用：表格库、计算器工具页、规则与参数库；
- 做：AI 助手问答、工作规划生成、工作诊断，以及日常管理板、问题闭环等工作页面；
- 接：通过 ABS Skill 或 MCP，在支持的 AI Agent 里调用上面这些能力。
服务以本网站上线的版本为准，功能会持续更新。企业集成、私有化部署另行签订合同，不通过本页在线开通。
二、怎么收费
系统用积分计费：开通会员每期发放当期积分，也可以单独购买积分包；使用某项功能时按下表扣分。 注册即赠 150 分，可直接试用。

积分包：100 分 10 元、1000 分 50 元、2500 分 100 元（常备积分，不过期）。会员的当期积分按期发放，10 分约合 1 元。

同一项内容只在第一次打开时扣分，之后再看不扣。非付费账号另有免费额度：工具卡 5 张、导览 5 份、动画短课 10 节，每册课件可免费看前 20 页。
三、怎么开通
境外账号（www.ucai.net）在「会员中心」在线购买。境内账号（www.dbsai.cn/abs/）目前通过与我们联系后开通， 企业客户可签订合同、对公转账并开具发票。开通结果以系统中的档位与积分为准。
四、退款
服务为在线即时交付的数字内容，开通后不支持退款，详见退款规则。

Service and Pricing
1. What the service is
ABS is an online learning and working system for lean business operations. It is delivered to your account immediately on activation; nothing physical is shipped. An account gives you animated lessons, tool cards and their scene-by-scene guides, a bilingual glossary, source slides, forms, calculators, the rule library, the AI assistant, plan generation, work diagnosis, and access from AI agents through the ABS Skill or MCP.
2. How billing works
Usage is metered in credits. A membership grants credits each period; credit packs can also be bought separately. New accounts receive 150 credits.

Each item is charged the first time you open it and is free afterwards.
3. Activation
Accounts on www.ucai.net can be purchased in the Membership centre. Accounts on www.dbsai.cn/abs/ are activated by contacting us; enterprise customers may sign a contract, pay by bank transfer and receive an invoice.
4. Refunds
The service is digital content delivered immediately, so activations are not refundable. See the refund policy.
